Try It On Immediately
Don't wait until the day of your event; try on your entire outfit within 48 hours of delivery to ensure everything fits exactly as expected.
Request a Replacement
If any item doesn't fit, log into your account and request a free replacement size. We will ship it out immediately to arrive before your event date.
Pack Your Return
After your event, place all rented items back into the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided in your package.
Drop Off at UPS
Drop your return package at any authorized UPS location within three days after your event to avoid any late fees.
